Andrew joined George Leslie in 2012 working across the delivery of our water and conventional projects before being promoted to Contracts Manager and then Framework Manager. As Frameworks Director, he is responsible for the Scottish Water SR21 Framework and ensures George Leslie delivers on our commitments whilst also managing and maintaining client relationships.

Prior to joining George Leslie, Andrew was a Student Engineer for West of Scotland Water as well as Raynesway Construction and joined Balfour Beatty as a Graduate Engineer, progressing onto Site Agent before moving to George Leslie.

Andrew is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, with over 20 years’ experience in civil engineering. He works in tandem with our framework partners, helping them achieve their strategic ambitions through successful project delivery and ensuring our partners provide George Leslie with a consistent level of investment to match our business needs.
