A Cost-plus contract is nice to have but sometimes a Cost-minus project can be equally rewarding!
A purpose-built retreat for children affected by cancer, the Ripple Retreat on the southern bank of Loch Venachar will allow the youngsters and their families to spend a short break together in a restful, tranquil setting and the new jetty will enable them to enjoy water-based activities. Whilst the finished job has cost GL somewhat more than the indicative budget, we are nevertheless delighted to have been given the opportunity to make our contribution to this worthwhile project and build the jetty.
