George Leslie Ltd's Managing Director, John McNaught has been elected Chairman of the Glasgow & West of Scotland (G&WoS) Region of the Institution of Civil Engineers.  The new chairman's first duty was to deliver his Chairman's Address entitled "2008.....A Time to be Civil", at the Annual General Meeting.  Established in 1884, G&WoS was the first Local Association of the Institution outside London and currently has a membership in excess of 4000.
